For one low monthly price, you’ll receive your choice of one facial or beauty service each month. Members also enjoy exclusive pricing on additional services throughout the month, along with the option to purchase gift cards for friends and family.
As a member, you’ll also earn rewards that can be used toward service upgrades, treatments, and more—so you can keep enjoying the self-care you love.

RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS – PHI BEAUTY SPA
All membership benefits apply only to active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Membership Services
Each membership includes your choice of one monthly service such as any facial treatments, scalp scratching treatment, hair play, lash lift, lash lift & tint, brow lamination, leg wax, or back facial.
Additional Services
Members may purchase additional services throughout the month at exclusive member pricing.
Member Discounts
Members receive 10% off select services under $30.
Rollover Privileges
Unused monthly services may roll over to the following month. Members may also accumulate service credits and apply them toward Permanent Makeup (PMU) services.
If a membership is canceled, any accumulated services must be used within 90 days of the cancellation date and are non-refundable.
Guest Privileges
Members may transfer their credits to guests to receive services at the member rate. Guest privileges may be limited.
Membership Freeze Option
Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one month and up to three months, depending on availability and circumstances. Freeze fees may apply.
During a freeze period, members may redeem previously accumulated services but cannot access other membership benefits.
Membership Policy
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Phi Beauty Spa must be notified of any changes to contact information or payment details.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a 50% service fee.
Personal Belongings
Phi Beauty Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Age Requirements
Guests under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before receiving services. Some treatments may have additional age requirements.
