Student Model Appointment Waiting List

PHI BEAUTY SPA provides opportunities to be a model for our permanent makeup procedures. Take advantage of our cost-effective program, allowing procedures to be performed by our skilled students in training.

Registration to be added onto our waiting list is FREE. Student Model Appointments are hosted multiple times a year. Once dates open up, you will receive newsletters on dates available to book. 
After you have been nominated to become a model, you will receive a link to schedule an appointment and pay the fee of $100.

You may NOT be an ideal model candidate if:

  • You have had previous Permanent Makeup.
  • You are pregnant or nursing.
  • You have diabetes.
  • You are currently undergoing chemotherapy.
  • You have viral infections and/or diseases.
  • You have epilepsy.
  • You have a pacemaker or major heart problems.
  • You have undergone an organ transplant.
  • You are experiencing skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (such as rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.).
  • You are currently sick (cold, flu, etc.).

Your appointment:

  • Models approve shape, color, and style before service
  • You will be laying down for a maximum of 3 hours
  • Our tables are weight-sensitive with minimum comfort
  • Models are used for educational purposes
  • Photos and videos are required
  • You will be notified should there be a requirement for a model in the future.
